Shipping
Each piece is created and packaged with care before being sent on its way to you. Print pre-orders are processed within 10 business days all other in stock order will be delivered within 3-5 days or can be collected from the studio. I will arrange a time to meet you as I hand deliver to the Bay of Plenty. I can send non-framed prints further in New Zealand, please contact me for a quote and to arrange delivery.
Returns
I want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or replacement. Please get in touch with me through the contact page so I can help arrange the return.

Because each item is made and sent with care, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged products. A simple change of mind does not qualify for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All returns must be hand-delivered to my studio at 134 Evans Road Papamoa, Bay of Plenty, as courier or postal returns cannot be accepted. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
